How to Apply for UP NEET PG Mop-Up Round 2023
If you’re one of the candidates aiming for a seat in the mop-up round, follow these steps to register for UP NEET PG counseling:
- Visit the official website at upneet.gov.in or dgme.up.gov.in.
- Navigate to the UP NEET PG registration link on the homepage.
- A new page will appear; enter your NEET PG registration number and password.
- Complete and submit the UP NEET application form.
- Save and print the NEET PG mop-up round counseling form.
To proceed with the subsequent steps, candidates are required to pay the registration and security deposit fees. Here’s the fee structure:
- Registration Fee: Rs 2000
- Security Deposit (Government Medical Colleges): Rs 30,000
- Security Deposit (Private Medical and Dentistry Colleges): Rs 2 lakh
Notably, candidates who have previously submitted their security deposit in the initial rounds and haven’t been allocated a seat need not pay again for the mop-up round.
The UP NEET PG counseling committee oversees admissions to 891 MD/MS/PG Diploma and 32 MDS seats in government colleges, as well as seats in private colleges within the state. Of these, 50 percent are reserved under the state quota, while the remaining 50 percent in government medical and dental colleges fall under MCC’s All India Quota (AIQ) seats.
