The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced the results online for the state open school (SOS) revaluation and rechecking of classes 10th and 12th. Students who applied for revaluation or rechecking can now view the HPBOSE SOS result on the official website — hpbose.org. Simply use your roll number to check the result for the SOS matric examination re-revaluation or re-checking.
In an official notice from the Board, it was stated, “The result of the revaluation and re-inspection process for classes 10th and 20th (State Open School) examinations have been announced today. The students can check their HP Board SOS revaluation and re-inspection results through the official website of the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board.”
HPBOSE Class 10, 12 Revaluation Result: Steps to Check
HPBOSE has also released the dates for compartment exams, improvement exams, and additional subjects. For those who have applied for revaluation of SOS results, here are the steps to check the HPBOSE results for classes 10 and 12 (state open school):
- Navigate to the official website of HPBOSE at hpbose.org.
- Once on the homepage, look for the ‘Result’ link, and click on it.
- You will be directed to a new page.
- Then, click on the link that says, ‘SOS Class 10 re-evaluation or SOS Class 12 re-evaluation’.
- A new login window will appear on the screen.
- Enter your login credentials, including your roll number and password.
- Submit the information.
- The HPBOSE scorecard will appear on your screen.
- Finally, download the scorecard for your reference.
HPBOSE conducted the state open school exams in March 2023 for both classes 10th and 12th. In the class 10 SOS exam, 5,006 students participated, with 1,465 students passing and 25 failing, resulting in a pass percentage of 29.3%. For the HPBOSE class 12 state open school exam 2023, 10,319 students took the exam. Out of them, 4,020 students passed, 3,236 are eligible for the compartment exam, and 46 students couldn’t clear it.
